1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup broccoli
1/2 large onion - sliced
1 cup carrots - sliced into thin strips
1 red bell pepper - sliced
2 chicken breasts - diced
1 jar Seal Sama Teriyaki Sauce
Heat olive oil in a sauce pan or wok on medium-high heat. Add sliced vegetables to hot oil, and cook until vegetables are slightly tender and onions have softened (about 3 minutes). Add chicken pieces, and continue cooking on medium-high until chicken is cooked, but still pink (another 3 minutes). Add Seal Sama Teriyaki sauce, and cook until bubbly. Serve on top of a bowl of steamed rice. Serves 6-8 people.
Note: don't like our veggies? No problem! Change this classic up, make it your own.
2 lbs fresh salmon fillet
1 cup Seal Sama Teriyaki Sauce
1 package crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover 13x9 baking dish or cookie sheet with aluminum foil. If you are using a cookie sheet, make a little lip with the foil around the outside edges to prevent spill-over. Spray the foil with the non-stick cooking spray.
Place salmon fillet skin side down, and pour teriyaki sauce over the top. Spread the teriyaki sauce over the entire top side of the salmon. Place another piece of foil loosely over the top of the salmon, and bake for 10 minutes. Remove top foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes until you can see meat just starting to split.
Take out of the oven and let cool down. Using two spatulas, loosen salmon from both sides, then lift off of the foil and transfer salmon to your platter. Decorate with parsley and lemon wedges.
Serve cold with crackers as a great party buffet.
1 lb large shrimp (16/20 size)
1/2 lb bacon
1 small can sliced jalapenos
1 jar Seal Sama Teriyaki Sauce
Cover counter with plastic wrap to assist with clean up later. Peel and de-vein shrimp - or skip this step and buy de-veined shrimp!
Cut the bacon strips in half, and lay them out on the counter. Place one shrimp at the end of each piece of bacon. Place one slice of jalapeno on top of each shrimp. Roll the bacon around the shrimp and jalapeno and secure with a toothpick.
Place on the grill or broiler, and brush on Seal Sama Teriyaki Sauce. Grill until the bacon begins to crisp, then flip the shrimp. Brush on more Seal Sama, and grill the other side.
1 flank steak
1/2 large onion - diced
1/3 cup orange juice
1 cup Seal Sama Teriyaki Sauce
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp rosemary
Stir all ingredients together as a marinade. Add the flank steak, and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Turn the steak occasionally to ensure maximum flavor absorption.
Remove steak from marinade, and grill or broil to desired temperature. Slice against the grain and serve.
Optional: Pour some of the marinade into a sauce pan and bring sauce to a boil. Then drizzle sauce over thinly sliced cabbage as a great side dish!
